By booking an appointment, purchasing a treatment package, using our website, or receiving any service from PhysioVeda Medical Center, you agree to the terms stated below.
1. About PhysioVeda Medical Center
PhysioVeda Medical Center provides physiotherapy, rehabilitation, pain management, advanced physiotherapy, PPCM™, and related healthcare services in Dubai through clinic-based and homecare services. PhysioVeda’s website lists services delivered by DHA-licensed therapists and mentions locations in Al Wasl.
2. Medical Disclaimer
All information on this website is provided for general awareness and educational purposes only. It should not be considered a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a qualified healthcare professional.
Treatment plans, expected outcomes, number of sessions, and recovery progress may vary from person to person depending on the patient’s condition, assessment findings, medical history, consistency, and response to therapy.
3. Appointments and Bookings
Appointments may be booked through our website, phone, WhatsApp, social media, or clinic reception.
Appointment availability is subject to therapist’s schedule, location, and treatment requirements. PhysioVeda Medical Center reserves the right to reschedule appointments when required due to therapist availability, operational reasons, emergency situations, or other unavoidable circumstances.
Patients are requested to arrive on time for their scheduled appointment. Late arrival may reduce the treatment time or may require rescheduling, depending on availability.
4. Payments
Payment must be completed as per the selected service, session, package, or treatment plan.
Prices may vary depending on the type of treatment, therapist recommendation, package selected, location of service, or any applicable offers available at the time of booking.
PhysioVeda Medical Center reserves the right to update service prices, packages, or offers at any time without prior notice.
5. Treatment Packages
Treatment packages are recommended based on assessment, clinical requirement, and patient goals.
Unused sessions within a package may be scheduled subject to availability and package validity. Completed or already availed sessions cannot be refunded.
Treatment packages are personal to the patient and cannot be transferred to another person unless approved by the management in writing.
6. Refund Policy
Refund requests must be made within 7 calendar days from the date of payment or package purchase.
After 7 calendar days, PhysioVeda Medical Center does not provide refunds for any payment, service, session, or treatment package.
Refunds, where approved, will apply only to unused services or unused sessions and will be reviewed by the management.
No refund will be provided for:
- Completed sessions
- Partially used sessions
- Missed appointments or no-shows
- Services already provided
- Homecare visit charges already completed
- Any refund request made after 7 calendar days
- Change of mind after the refund period
- Discontinuation of treatment without written refund request within 7 calendar days
If a refund is approved, the refund amount may be adjusted after deducting completed sessions, administrative charges, payment gateway charges, bank charges, or any other applicable service charges.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing through PhysioVeda Medical Center’s official communication channels.
This refund policy is subject to applicable UAE laws and regulations. UAE consumer protection law requires service providers to address defects or flaws in services as applicable, including re-providing the service or refunding full or partial amounts in relevant cases.
7. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Patients are requested to inform PhysioVeda Medical Center in advance if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Repeated cancellations, late cancellations, or no-shows may affect future booking availability and may be treated as a used session depending on the case and package terms.
8. Homecare Services
Homecare physiotherapy services are subject to therapist availability, patient location, travel feasibility, and prior confirmation.
The patient must provide a safe and suitable environment for treatment. PhysioVeda Medical Center reserves the right to refuse or discontinue homecare services if the environment is unsafe, unsuitable, or inappropriate for the therapist or patient.
9. Insurance
Insurance coverage, direct billing, approvals, reimbursements, and claim acceptance are subject to the insurance provider’s policies and approval process.
PhysioVeda Medical Center does not guarantee insurance approval or reimbursement. Any rejected or partially approved insurance claim must be settled by the patient as per clinic policy.
10. Patient Responsibility
Patients must provide accurate medical history, current symptoms, previous investigations, medications, allergies, surgeries, and any other relevant health information.
PhysioVeda Medical Center will not be responsible for issues arising due to incomplete, incorrect, or withheld medical information.
Patients must follow therapist instructions carefully and inform the therapist immediately if they experience discomfort, unusual symptoms, or any change in their medical condition.
11. Results and Treatment Outcomes
Physiotherapy results vary from patient to patient. PhysioVeda Medical Center does not guarantee a specific result, outcome, recovery time, or number of sessions required.
Any treatment plan or recommendation is based on clinical assessment and professional judgment.
12. Website Use
By using this website, you agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, copy content, upload harmful material, or use the website for any unlawful purpose.
PhysioVeda Medical Center may update, modify, suspend, or remove website content at any time without prior notice.
13. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, images, designs, graphics, logos, videos, service names, PPCM™, and other materials are the property of PhysioVeda Medical Center unless otherwise stated.
