Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Physioveda Medical Center reserves the full right to refuse/cancel a service request by you.
- Physioveda Medical Center may suspend or vary the whole or any part of the service offered for any reason, at any time at our sole discretion.
- A request for cancellation shall be made by you within 15 days of requesting the service.
- Upon acceptance of the cancellation request, you will be eligible to receive a full refund for services not availed.
- Cancellation requests received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund.
- In case a customer is canceling a package in between they will be charged for services availed according to the normal prices (at per day/session rates)
- Refunds will be credited back via the original mode through which payment was made.
- For credit card payments refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment within 30 days from the date of receiving the request.
- Cancellations will be accepted via email and our customer service number (800 8332 & +971 56 546 1900).
