Refund & Cancellation Policy

Physioveda Medical Center reserves the full right to refuse/cancel a service request by you.
Physioveda Medical Center may suspend or vary the whole or any part of the service offered for any reason, at any time at our sole discretion.
A request for cancellation shall be made by you within 15 days of requesting the service.
Upon acceptance of the cancellation request, you will be eligible to receive a full refund for services not availed.
Cancellation requests received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund.
In case a customer is canceling a package in between they will be charged for services availed according to the normal prices (at per day/session rates)
Refunds will be credited back via the original mode through which payment was made.
For credit card payments refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment within 30 days from the date of receiving the request.
